Taggart

Maureen has played three seperate characters in Taggart over the years. Firstly she played June Balfour in Dead Ringer in 1985 which was the second episode of the show to be produced. Next was a guest appearance in Double Exposure in 1992 playing Margaret McLean and then her most recent appearance in Ghost Rider in 2000 as Siobhan MacDonald. Dead Ringer - The skeletal remains of a dismembered body are discovered beneath the floorboards of a house in Glasgow. The drama takes an unexpected twist when a nine-month-old toddler is kidnapped from a multi-storey car park, followed by a ransom demand of 50,000. Double Exposure - Racial violence or something more sinister? The Taggart team are baffled by murders with no connection other than a possible racial link. Or is it something not so obvious to the all seeing eye? Ghost Rider - A charred body is found in a car, leading the team into a web of police corruption and cover-ups which involved Maureen character. All DVD's are now available from HMV online.
